Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair

The Greenwood Community Church is sponsoring its 23rd annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair on Saturday, December 2, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The fair will be held at the Greenwood Community Center. Take home jewelry, pottery, wreaths, food products, bath and body items, and other handcrafted delights for all ages. Come support your local organizations and artisans. Snacks and lunch will be available for purchase. Funds raised will help maintain the historic Greenwood Community Church.

Come enjoy an evening of shopping, food, drinks, and holiday cheer in downtown Elk.  On Friday December 8th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, businesses are staying open late for a festive holiday evening. Visit the museum, too!

Come enjoy a night of community dancing and live music Saturday, December 9 at the Greenwood Community Center in downtown Elk.  Dinner available from The Good Food Club.  Doors open at 6:30 pm.

This old-time square dance fundraiser is a benefit for the Greenwood Community Center.  Come warm your bones at this fun inclusive event!  Music by the The Baybillys and dance called by Connor Maguire.

$15 entry.  No one turned away.

The Greenwood Community Church Foundation welcomes you back to its annual Christmas Sing-Along on December 19, 7:00 p.m. at the Greenwood Community Church.  Come enjoy live music and traditional holiday songs, a special visit from Santa, homemade cookies and hot apple cider.

Elk Community List

The Greenwood Civic Club has established a private listserv for Elk community members to circulate and share information regarding events, news, resources and needs within the community. The Elk Community List is hosted by the Mendocino Community Network (MCN). Any interested members and friends of the Elk community are welcome to subscribe.
